August 1, 2016, at 12:30 p.m.. at the Minnesota Department of Education, Conference Center A, Room 13 for the public. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.015, subd.5, notice is hereby given that if some members of the Board participate in this meeting by telephone or other electronic means, in accordance with Minn. A person holding a position as a:
- assistant superintendent
- assistant principal
- director of community education
- director of special education
- assistant director of special education
must hold the appropriate license for that position, per Minnesota Administrative Rule, Chapter 3512, Licensure of School Personnel.
